• Automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickMathSheets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Worksheets you generate:

• You retain ownership of worksheets you create
• You may use them for educational purposes
• You may share them with students and colleagues
• Commercial redistribution requires a School plan

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickMathSheets and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times
• The service will be error-free or bug-free
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickMathSheets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
