How to use it
A filled chart works as a reference on the wall or in a binder. A blank chart gives a student every product to fill in, which is one of the best ways to build recall of the times tables. Print one of each and use them together.
Focused ranges and practice sheets
Under Custom ranges you can point the chart at just the tables a child is working on, for example first factors 6 to 9 times second factors 1 to 12. In Practice mode the chart fills in some of the answers and leaves the rest blank: start with lots of help, then print a new sheet with less help as recall grows. New version shuffles which answers are shown, so every reprint is a fresh sheet of the same facts.
Filled or blank
Use the Type control to switch between a complete chart and a fill-in version. Printer-friendly is the default so it stays light on ink. Switch to Color for a chart with violet headers that reads well on the wall.
Practice the facts
Once a chart is in hand, build fluency with targeted practice. Multiplication worksheets cover foundation facts through multi-digit work, or make a custom worksheet in seconds. Working the other way? The printable division facts chart writes these same facts as divisions, grouped by divisor, so it reads as division at a glance rather than a times table in reverse.
